If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy - effective from the day the package is delivered.
TrapCrackshots does not cover the cost of returning these items. The buyer can choose their own carrier for the return, and is responsible for both paying for and shipping the order within 3 days of contacting us about the return.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility if you choose your own carrier and the package is lost or does not arrive.
Once we have received the return package, it may take up to 7 business days to process it.
Changing size
If you would like to exchange the size of your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us.

Defective goods
All our products undergo quality control before they are shipped, however, some defects may still occur. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at trapcrackshots@gmail.com and provide your order number and a picture of the defective item.

Wrong item received
